When working at the top of the pole, the gangway must be laid and fixed on the scaffold. At the same time, the safety helmet must be worn and the safety belt must be fastened. When erecting the formwork support on site, the base plate must be set at the bottom of the vertical pole as required. After each step of erection, the perpendicularity of the support shall be checked and adjusted immediately to ensure that the perpendicularity of the upright meets the requirements, and to prevent the instability of the support system caused by the large upright of the support. The bottom of the vertical pole must be flat. When the concrete strength fails to meet the requirements, the base plate must be set. It is strictly prohibited to hang in the air.


It is required that the vertical and horizontal poles at the bottom of the beam shall be connected with the coiled vertical poles arranged at the bottom of the plate continuously with steel pipes to form a whole. Before the formwork support system is erected and the concrete is poured and finally set, the Project Department must assign special personnel to monitor and watch the displacement.


Scaffold boards shall be set up during formwork removal on the support. When formwork removal is intermittent, the removed parts and formwork shall be transported away; It is strictly prohibited to throw and remove steel pipe materials and tools directly from top to bottom. The nails on the removed supports and timbers should be immediately pulled out to prevent "nail to the sky" from hurting people; Formwork removal shall not be carried out on windy days with force five or higher; When removing the load-bearing formwork, in order to avoid sudden collapse of the whole block, temporary support shall be set up when necessary, and then the formwork shall be removed.


Before formwork removal, the application must be submitted to the Project Department. The formwork can be removed only after the strength of the test block reaches the required value under the same conditions as formwork removal and the approval of the supervisor. During the removal process, the full-time safety officer must be responsible for guarding. Before formwork removal, check whether the tools used are effective and reliable. Tools such as wrenches must be installed in the tool bag or tied to the body. Check the safety measures at the formwork removal position, check whether the horizontal pull rod is firm and reliable, and be careful to step out.


Formwork removal at heights shall comply with the regulations for work at heights. It is forbidden to use sledgehammers and crowbars. The temporarily removed formwork on the operation layer shall not be stacked more than 3 layers. If the formwork removal stops halfway, the removed loose, suspended and floating formwork or support shall be temporarily supported or connected firmly. The moving parts must be removed at one time. When removing the columns at the bottom of the large-span beam, start from the middle of the span and remove them symmetrically to both ends. During removal, it is strictly prohibited to use the method of pulling the coupling beam bottom plate to the side.
