With the rapid increase of labor costs in China, the construction method that relies on human naval warfare and adopts low efficiency and low cost formwork system is no longer suitable for the current requirements. Based on the current wage level, China's construction budget costs, including equipment and man-hour costs, have approached or even exceeded those of countries and regions with wage levels like Germany. The reason is that the traditional and inefficient wooden formwork and extensive construction methods are still widely used in our construction. It not only wastes a lot of forest resources such as timber, violates the national industrial policy and increases carbon emissions, but also causes a significant increase in construction costs.
The key to solve these problems is to adopt efficient, modular and reusable new formwork and support system, as well as corresponding new construction methods that can effectively save man-hour costs on the construction site. The aluminum alloy formwork technology, which conforms to the market demand and solves the problems existing in the above construction, was first born and widely used in developed countries.
