Common problems of erection:

Strengthen the safety control of formwork support system:
1. Material control: all fasteners shall be subject to sampling inspection and test as required, and can be put into use only after they are qualified. They shall be strictly managed according to relevant specifications to prevent fake and unqualified fasteners from entering the site and being used. Steel pipes must be strictly inspected before use and shall be sampled according to regulations

2. Design control: there must be design calculation and erection scheme for fastener type steel pipe formwork support system -- strength, rigidity and stability of upright pole, anti sliding force of fastener, strength and disturbance checking calculation of horizontal pole, foundation bearing capacity of upright pole or floor supporting upright pole

Safety control: 1. Check the design calculation of the support system and the construction drawings of the support erection, and the approval procedures shall be complete. 2.
