To understand the formwork support system


1. The support system shall be provided with a sweeping rod, a vertical and horizontal horizontal tie rod and horizontal and vertical diagonal bracing, and shall be firmly tied with the wall column of the main structure.


2. The pole (column) colon must be butted, and overlapping is strictly prohibited; The bottom sweeping rod, longitudinal and horizontal horizontal tie rods and horizontal and vertical diagonal bracing must be overlapped.




3. An iron base and base plate must be set between the bottom of the upright and the top surface of the foundation.


4. When the axial load of the pole is greater than 8kN, an adjustable supporting formwork must be set at the top of the pole to form an axial compression load transfer.


5. The spacing between poles shall be determined according to the load, generally not greater than 1.2, and shall meet the following requirements:


(1) The beam bottom shall be provided with a main support pole, and the beam side shall be provided with an auxiliary pole. When the beam bottom is a single main support pole, it shall be set at the center line of the beam width;


(2) The spacing between vertical poles along the longitudinal direction of the beam shall be equal to or multiple of the spacing between vertical poles of the same direction plate.


(3) When the beam and slab poles are continuously set along the transverse direction of the beam, they shall be laid from the beam support to the center of the slab in two directions, but the spacing between two adjacent poles in the center of the slab shall not be greater than the design spacing between poles at the bottom of the slab.


6. The vertical and horizontal poles of each row and column must be connected with horizontal tie rods (cross bars).




7. Vertical diagonal bracing shall be set around and in the middle of the support frame from bottom to top. And meet the following requirements:


(1) The diagonal bracing width should be 4-6m, the angle between the diagonal rod of the diagonal bracing and the ground should be 40-60 degrees, the bottom end should be tight with the ground, and the horizontal tie rod or vertical rod that intersects with it should be buckled and fixed. The two-way cross bridging rod should be set separately on both sides of the vertical rod, and ensure that it is buckled with each step of the vertical rod.


(2) Clear distance between two adjacent bridging: the fastener type steel pipe support shall not be greater than 10m, and the bowl button type steel pipe support shall not be greater than 4.5m.


(3) When the support height is 8m-20m, zigzag diagonal bracing shall be added between two adjacent diagonal bracing in the vertical and horizontal directions; When the support height exceeds 20m, the zigzag diagonal bracing shall be changed to cross bracing.


(4) Horizontal diagonal bracing shall be set in the support system and shall meet the following requirements:


① When the height of the support is 4-8M, horizontal diagonal bracing shall be set at the position where the bottom sweeping rod and the top capping rod have vertical diagonal bracing respectively.


② When the support height is 8-20m, horizontal diagonal bracing shall be added between adjacent vertical diagonal bracing. The spacing between two adjacent vertical diagonal bracing is: the fastener type steel pipe support shall not be greater than 3 steps, and the bowl button type steel pipe support shall be less than or equal to 4.8m.


③ The end of the horizontal diagonal bracing shall be tied with the vertical rod or the building. It is strictly prohibited to set the end of the horizontal diagonal bracing on the horizontal tie rod.




④ When the height of the support exceeds 20m, in addition to meeting the above requirements, the beam bottom along the longitudinal direction of the beam and the surrounding of the support shall be connected into a lattice frame by vertical diagonal bracing; At the top two adjacent horizontal tie rods at the bottom of the beam, continuous horizontal diagonal braces are set along the longitudinal direction of the beam according to the lattice width, and connected to form a lattice truss with diagonal bars.


⑤ When the height of the support exceeds 5m, a fixed node shall be set with the building structure at a horizontal spacing of 6-9M and a vertical spacing of 2-3m at the positions with structural columns around the frame and in the middle.
