(1) The formwork removal measures shall be approved by the technical competent department or the person in charge, and the time of formwork removal can be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standard code for acceptance of construction quality of concrete structures. Formwork removal for winter construction shall comply with special regulations.

(2) When the concrete does not reach the specified strength or has reached the design strength and needs to be removed in advance or bear part of the design load, it can only be removed after the calculation and the technical director confirm that its strength is sufficient to bear the load.

(3) In the structure in which the load-bearing welded reinforcement framework is used as reinforcement, the formwork bearing the weight of concrete shall be removed after the concrete reaches 25% of the design strength. When adding load to the structure with removed formwork, it shall be calculated separately.

(4) The sequence and method of formwork removal shall be carried out according to the design provisions of the formwork. If there is no design provision, the first supported formwork can be removed later, the second supported formwork can be removed first, the non bearing formwork can be removed first, and the bearing formwork can be removed from top to bottom. The removed formwork shall not be thrown away, but shall be stacked at the designated place.

(5) When the supports that are connected with each other and involve other formwork to be removed later are removed in advance, temporary supports shall be added. During formwork removal, the formwork shall be removed one by one, and shall not be dropped or pulled down in pieces. (6) In case of Midway stop during formwork removal, the formwork or support that has been removed and is loose, suspended or suspended shall be temporarily supported firmly or connected firmly. The moving parts must be removed at one time.

(7) The structure with formwork removed shall bear all design loads only after the concrete strength reaches the design strength value. If it is necessary to add construction load to the structure before reaching the design strength, it shall be calculated separately. If the strength is insufficient, temporary support shall be added.
