A formwork support system of concrete cast-in-situ structure is generally suitable for cast-in-situ structures with simple structure and small load. It is named because of its simple and rapid support and disassembly, also known as early demolition support system.

The upright is a vertical stressed member, which forms a support through the tie of the cross bar. The large screw rod of the early removal column head is inserted into the pipe at the upper part of the support upright to form the formwork early removal support. The steel ridge is placed on the early removal column head bracket, and the formwork is laid on it to form the early removal and quick removal system.

The upright and cross bars form a support lattice with standardized structural dimensions - formwork support through plug, socket and socket cooperation. The connection point of the support can bear bending moment, punching shear and torque, so as to form a spatial support structure with good overall stability.

Adjustable jacking is used to adjust the elevation at the top of the vertical pole. The leveling rod at the bottom of the main beam is fixed on the vertical rod with right angle fasteners. The connecting fasteners comply with the provisions of steel pipe scaffold fasteners. All moving parts are flexible and free of cracks, pores, burrs, etc. More than one row of load-bearing vertical poles shall be added at the bottom of the beam, which shall be located in the middle of the beam in the transverse direction and the same spacing as the vertical poles in the longitudinal direction. The vertical pole joint of quick dismantling frame is socket type, and its joint position is not limited by the relevant specifications of bowl buckle scaffold and fastener scaffold.

In order to realize the early removal of floor formwork, improve the turnover times of formwork and reduce the amount of formwork configuration, the quick removal formwork system is composed of formwork plate, support system, pull rod system and accessories. The support system is composed of foot bolt, strut, column head, truss beam, horizontal brace and diagonal brace (see the figure), which is the key component of the quick removal system.

Key points of Construction:

(1) Strictly control the column top elevation, because it is the key to determine the floor elevation. Generally, the error shall not be greater than ± 10mm.

(2) The application and approval system for the removal of formwork blocks and columns shall be strictly established to prevent blind formwork removal in order to catch up with the progress.

(3) The formwork blocks shall be transferred during installation, disassembly and transportation, and shall be handled with care. It is strictly prohibited to fall, throw, knock and smash. Every time the formwork is removed, the plate surface shall be carefully cleaned, and the column foot bolts shall be regularly painted with oil for rust prevention.

(4) The formwork block shall be carefully painted with isolating agent before use.

(5) During the installation of formwork, the construction must be carried out in place in strict accordance with the layout plan of formwork design, and all columns shall be vertical. The height difference between adjacent plate surfaces of formwork blocks shall not exceed 2mm. All nodes must be checked one by one for fastening and clamping.

(6) Strictly control the construction load, and the loading shall be dispersed rather than concentrated.
