Construction requirements


(1) In the design of bowl buckle steel pipe scaffold, the structural calculation diagram shall be used for the overall structural stability analysis to ensure that the scaffold body is a geometric invariant system.




(2) Special design and construction scheme must be prepared for bowl buckle steel pipe scaffold, and experts shall be invited to demonstrate and review.




(3) The frame scheme design shall be combined with the engineering practice, according to the structural section size of beam and slab, take the most unfavorable member for bearing capacity checking calculation, and draw the plane, vertical and section structural drawings of the frame. The scheme describes the construction flow steps, the erection, use and demolition methods of the frame, and the technical guarantee measures to ensure the quality and safety.





2. Materials, fabrication and inspection of components and fittings




(1) The buckle playing node of the vertical pole shall be composed of the upper bowl buckle, the lower bowl buckle, the cross bar joint and the upper bowl buckle limit pin. The buckle playing node of the vertical pole shall be set according to the modulus of 0.6m.




(2) The materials of main components and fittings shall meet the requirements of relevant national specifications. See the safety technical code for bowl buckle steel pipe scaffold in building construction jgj166-2008 for details.




(3) The steel pipe specification of bowl buckle scaffold shall be φ 48mm × 3.5mm, the wall thickness of steel pipe shall be 3.5 + 0.25mm.




(4) The clearance between the outer sleeve and the vertical pole at the connection of the vertical pole shall be less than or equal to 2mm, the length of the outer sleeve shall not be less than 160mm, and the extension length shall not be less than 110mm.




(5) The thickness of the steel plate of the adjustable base shall not be less than 6mm, and the thickness of the adjustable support steel plate shall not be less than 5mm. The engagement length between the adjustable base and the adjustable supporting screw rod and the adjusting nut shall not be less than 6 buckles, and the length inserted into the vertical rod shall not be less than 150mm.




(6) The appearance quality of components and fittings shall meet the following requirements:


The steel pipe shall be straight and smooth without crack, corrosion, delamination, stutter and burr, and the steel pipe with extended cross section shall not be used; The surface of the casting shall be smooth and free of defects such as sand holes, shrinkage cavities, cracks, residual pouring and riser, and the sand sticking on the surface shall be removed; Stamping parts shall be free of burrs, cracks, oxide scales and other defects; All welds shall be full, and the welding flux shall be removed. There shall be no defects such as incomplete penetration, sand inclusion, undercut, crack and so on; The antirust paint coating of components and fittings shall be uniform and firmly attached.


(7) The assembly quality of the frame shall meet the following requirements:




The upper bowl buckle of the vertical rod shall be able to move up and down in series and rotate flexibly without jamming; The connecting hole between the vertical rod and the vertical rod can be inserted φ 10mm connecting pin; When 1-4 cross bars are installed on the bowl buckle node, the upper bowl buckle can be locked; When erecting the overall scaffold, the verticality deviation between the cross bar and the vertical bar in each frame shall be less than 5mm.
